Many VIPS and former Presidents of India were offered “free education” at that time in British Institution. Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa (called as Amma) who speaks “Commanding British English” also considered as Product of then “British Institution.        Now after Independence Neighbouring States of India are not releasing water from the DAM for welfare of Indian formers. There is a situation that no poor person can do higher education in “Deemed Universities of India”. No private industries are offering employments to poor and suppressed class of people. It is recommended that the Deemed Universities may come forward to offer at least 40% free seats to Government for welfare of poor people on Government Quota.        The rich persons (Messengers of god) may come forward to develop Industries in rural area for creating more employment opportunities in Rural area. Many private hospitals, Doctors may come forward to serve rural poor in association with Ruling Government to focus the Real Independence.
