WHY ADOPTION OF VILLAGE IS REQUIRED?...        Government of Tamil Nadu already taking care of each and every village of Tamil Nadu by taking care of social, welfare measures of all the villagers, farmers, schemes like essential commodities through ration, elders pension, village e-mail net-work, aiding 108 free ambulance service, giving laptop to school children, cycle to school children, cow & goat to poor people, etc., for welfare of villagers. Then “WHAT IS THE NECESSITY OF ADOPTING THE VILLAGE BY THE INDIVIDUAL?...”        The objective of adopting the birth-village may be considered exclusively with the following target. 1)  The responsibility of every individual is required to take care of birth-village as Government some times may not take entire responsibility. For eg. The nail lying on the road need not be removed by the Government. But it shall be removed by an individual with sense of responsibility to protect public transport from puncture. 2)  The objective includes identity and registration of every Child of each family of village for effective monitoring for their preliminary psychological problem, education progress, and realization of reaching Government facilities to the Children. 3)  Effective organization of free dental camp exclusively for children and organising other special programme for psychological, general health tips for children inviting various experts. 4)  Promoting religious, communal harmony, developing Hobbies, among children of the village to build up future STRONG NATION. DEDICATIONS          This article title as “KIRAMAM” is dedicated to “BSNL” in memory of its birth anniversary being observed on “OCTOBER 1”. “BSNL” shall alternatively means by author as “BIRTH OF SOUL FOR NEW LIFE”. “BSNL MOTHER” shall mean “ADOPTED MOTHER” by BSNL Employees. DO WE HAVE TO ADOPT ONLY CHILD?... WHY NOT TO ADOPT MOTHER?... Kiramam is like our “MOTHER”. Adopting village shall mean “Adopting Mother” who is having thousands of psychologically affected children due to irresponsible act of parents and “Anti-social Mosquitos” of Village. M.
